Congratulations on your engagement!! Now it is time to start planning for your dream day! Wedding photographers are often booked over a year (or two!) in advanced, please send us your date in that first email, we want to make sure we have the day available for you!
If we do have the availability, lets start to begin the booking process. Shortly after, you will receive another email with a brochure attached. Once you have selected the wedding package you would like from the brochure, we will officially lock & secure your wedding date.
Let's chat! Now that you have booked with us, we would LOVE to meet you! The next step is to schedule a bridal consultation with us. Depending on your availability & where you live, we will plan to meet half way for our consultation.
If you are not local, we offer SKYPE sessions for consultations as well!. Once we are at our consultation, we will walk through each step of the process, explaining in details & answering any question you may have for us! If you have selected a wedding package that includes a custom USB drive & Album, we will bring samples and colors for you to view.
We offer a complimentary engagement sessions in EVERY wedding package! Engagement sessions are the perfect way for us to connect and work together before your wedding day. The experience is one of a kind! We are here to help guide you through a couple of relaxed posing and directing during you entire engagement session. One of our favorite moments as photographers is being able to get to know our couples and their love stories. Our goal is to capture YOU and your story. After our session together, you will receive an email of your online gallery with images to download & share!
One month before the big day. This is usually the time we will meet one last time before your wedding day. During our walk through together, we will scout locations for your first look (if you have one) view the reception area, talk to the priest / wedding coordinator & discuss any last minute details. Last but not least, we sit down and come up with a timeline of your wedding day together. We all know wedding days do not go according as planned, but creating a timeline will help everyone get an estimate on what the day will look like. We will send you a copy of the timeline to you as well as the coordinator one month before your wedding just incase there needs to be any last minute changes.
Don't worry we have been planning this day together for a long time. When you book with us we will constantly stay in touch leading up to your wedding day. Luckily, since you have been planning with us for quite some time, you will have one less thing to stress about, we have got you covered when it comes to photos! We have met you and your fiance, gotten to know the two of you for quite some time, we had a session previously together so we know how well we work together and most of all it is the opportunity for us to capture unforgettable moments with you and your loved ones! We want to help provide memories for you to cherish for years to come!
You will be receiving another email with a list of linens, leathers and ribbons to chose from for your custom USB box. If you chose a wedding package that includes a wedding album you will get to chose colors & extra details as well.
Albums are custom designed by us after receiving your questioner for customizing your album. Once the album is designed we will send you a preview of your album to check over.

12pm - Getting Ready
Note: Ideally by the time we arrive, hair and make-up is already wrapping up. If something is going to delay the beginning of the day, it’s often HAMU (Hair & Make up!)
3:30pm Family Portraits
Note: We do family portraits right after the ceremony because everyone you need will be easy to grab. If you can give your family notice that we’ll be taking pictures immediately after the ceremony, that will also ensure that no one wanders off. We’ll help you create a list of family portraits before the big day.
