This past spring, I had the incredible honor of capturing a breathtaking editorial shoot at the stunning Wailea Beach Resort on Maui, Hawaii. This shoot was part of an unforgettable retreat that brought together a truly talented group of creatives from across the country and beyond.

Organized and beautifully curated by the exceptional team at Taryn Stark Wyant Wedding Planning & Design, the multi-day retreat was an inspiring experience filled with beauty, intention, and connection. Every detail was thoughtfully designed by Sabbag Design Studio to reflect the natural elegance of Hawaii while embracing a luxurious destination wedding aesthetic.

Set against the backdrop of Wailea's turquoise waters, lava rock cliffs, and golden sunsets, this photoshoot was nothing short of magical. From coconut cocktails to soft floral palettes, elegant table settings to hand-lettered stationery, each moment told a story of celebration and warmth. The atmosphere was elevated further with live music, graceful hula dancers, and the energy of creatives collaborating to bring a vision to life.

It was a privilege to capture this alongside the inspiring Sandra Aberg, and to learn and create with so many talented industry leaders. I walked away with a full heart and a renewed passion for this craft. And above all, I left grateful—for the memories made, the stories told, and the friendships formed on the island.
